My babe is a little bit cranky right now but I thought I'd quickly post Regan and Ian's family photos.
I took their wedding photos and then Avery's one year. Now I got to visit with Quinn for a little bit, poor honey was feeling poorly that day but I think we got a few precious smiles out of her. I've said it before but it makes my heart happy to watch my couples grow into such awesome families.
Thanks guys, for coming to see me again!

I took Brion and Krystal's wedding photos a couple of years ago and last week they came by with their little Austin. I love when I get to see my couples become a family.
Meet Austin:
I love:
and this..... such a timeless treasure.
The nice thing about having some property to do sessions on is that we can sneak into the studio to do a few backdrop photos.
...and the smirk :)
Thanks for coming to see me guys! Have a great week, everyone :)

Good Morning! I have an excuse for being a blog failure- honest, I do. If you've talked to me in person, you're probably so tired of hearing of our selling, buying, moving, saga that you're going to x this page out before you're finished reading this sentence..... but don't, look at the pictures- they're cute. :)
It's true though- I believe that the stars have aligned and we have sold our house. We have also bought a new one, which prooved to be much trickier than selling for us(what happened to houses having kitchens and living areas?!?) . Even typing this I get nervous because I've heard of things falling through at the last minute, but I believe that's all we have to do now is sign on the dotted lines between the beginning and middle of August. Stress, I'll tell you- stress.
On the plus side, I'll have a studio- it will be in the house but it will have a separate entrance away from the main house. We will have more room in the house and space outside for the kids run. They are already reading up on how to put fish in the pond, doing research on rabbits and other little creatures that they think would be neat to have. My Andrew has been starting out his sentences lately with, "when I am a farmer..." We keep on telling ourselves that it will be worth it.
On the plus side of all this, I have been working and doing sessions right along... and I got to see these two little ladies again. It's so fun for me to watch my newborns grow into little people. Thanks Courtney, for letting me come over and trading moving stories with me.
Making witches' brew in the bird bath... I hear it's a common activity at their house.
She's going to be fun when she gets older :)
I'll post again soon, I have a lot of great sessions and this week I start my senior season. Fun stuff. Much more fun than packing boxes :)

Hello there.
I've been waiting to share this session for a couple of weeks because it was a gift to the kids' grandma. Such a great idea for a gift.
...and one last one.
Thank you Katie and Laura for making this appointment, it was really nice to see (Laura, meet) you again and see how much the kids have grown!
Happy Wednesday, everyone!

It seems as though I spent most of my Fall last year taking senior photos but I was able to squeeze a few family sessions as well.
... and one more- I love her eyes and expression on this one.
Thank you Angie and Jaime for coming to see me!
Have a great Monday, everyone!

I have two seconds before heading out to pick up my Elizabeth from her cousin's house so I thought I'd share from a session that I just got done with. She joined big brother for his two year session.
Too cute for words!
Enjoy this beautiful day!
